池田あきこのアトリエ日記

アッリのトナカイファームで、カレリアパイとサーモンスープを作らせてもらった。きじの材料は小麦とライ麦。お水でこねて楕円にのす。餡にお米を塩で煮たかためのお粥を、餃子を作る要領で包んで焼く。出来たら茹でタマゴにバターを和えてトッピングして！おいしいかった？まあ作って食べてみて。
